Delivery charges is applicable only in the case of reapir. 

The Customer is kindly requested to cover all delivery charges if the repair address is outside a 30 miles radius from our Warrington office. In the event that the repair machine is dropped off at the post office, Parcelforce will apply a £15 fee. Alternatively, a pick-up service is available for £25. Kindly ensure that the machine is securely packed in a box along with the water pan with parts if needed. We will send a delivery request to your email inbox, which we kindly ask you to print out and include with the delivery. Please note that all delivery costs will be billed alongside any repair costs (if applicable) following the completion of the repair process.
